HousingIntellect is a new platform designed to streamline affordable housing compliance reviews, deficiency tracking, and reporting across properties.

Before the official launch, we are conducting a pilot program with a limited number of properties to ensure the system is working effectively in real-world environments.

Participating properties will receive complimentary compliance file reviews conducted by a certified compliance professional, while helping us test and refine the platform.

Altus Compliance maintains professional liability insurance, and all reviews are conducted according to standard affordable housing compliance practices.

We are seeking a small group of properties willing to participate in this pilot phase there is no obligation to continue service after completion.
