HousingIntellect™ is a technology extension of the compliance oversight and readiness work performed by Altus Compliance.

While Altus Compliance provides hands-on compliance oversight, monitoring, and strategic support, HousingIntellect is being built to enhance visibility and structure around that work.

Together, they reflect a comprehensive approach to Affordable Housing compliance readiness.
